Refund and Cancelation Policy

A. Refund issue will not be considered unless our Customer Support is fully informed regarding the problem, and before our specialists analyze it, find reasons and provide possible solutions.

B. Our 24/7-Customer Support should be contacted for any issues or concerns. If the Services do not properly work for any reason, it has to be reported to the Customer Support before a claim for a refund is made. If the Support team is not contacted, a refund will NOT be made.

C. The refund will happen through the original mode of payment only.

D. Customers CANNOT demand a refund if the problem is not related to our particular Service(s). We declare security and reliability of all Services we offer and a refund is impossible if the customer uses our Services to do something other than their intention. I. No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact our Customer Support Team. Customer Support Specialists will assist you with the cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
